That is why soil conditioners must be added regularly. Since I practice organic viticulture, using chemical fertilizers is out of the question, as it would mean losing my organic certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A soil analysis carried out in 2021 revealed a nitrogen deficiency. Since then, I have been adding an organic soil conditioner every year. The organic matter consists of plant pulp and oilseed cakes, and this material is approved for use in organic farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, my brother advised me to tilling in another type of organic fertilizer made from crushed horn.
